About the Role

We are seeking a Bilingual Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse operations in Canada. This role will be responsible for managing multiple warehouses, ensuring efficient operations, and driving continuous improvement. You will play a key role in working with third-party warehouse service providers (3PLs) to integrate them with our systems, identify optimization opportunities, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency gains.


Responsibilities

  • Manage overall warehouse operations, including coordination, planning, and performance monitoring across multiple warehouses.
  • Identify and address operational issues in warehouse operations, proposing and implementing solutions.
  • Establish and maintain management standards and process systems for warehouse operations.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in capacity, cost, timeliness, and operational quality.
  • Drive the integration of 3PLs in the United States with our company's systems (OMS/WMS/timeliness control tower etc.).
  • Propose systematic improvements for current warehouse operation-related systems.
  • Oversee 3PL performance through daily communication, coordination, and negotiation.
  • Conduct KPI evaluations and rankings for 3PL service providers.
  • Provide follow-up and recommendations for continuous improvement in collaboration with 3PLs.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above.
  • 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, including self-operated warehouses, B2B/B2C/express warehouses.
  • Proven experience in implementing and optimizing warehouse processes.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operation standards and specifications.
  • Experience in systematic management of 3PLs.
  • Strong ability to work independently and adapt to travel demands (medium to long-term).
  • Fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
