Posture Perfect Health and Wellness Clinic is looking for a passionate and skilled professional to join our outstanding team at Perfect Posture Health Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to clinical care, a love for helping people, and expertise in musculoskeletal physiotherapy. We seek someone who can deliver confident, compassionate, and evidence-based care while building meaningful relationships with clients in the Thornhill area. Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' physical conditions and create customized treatment plans.
  • Continuously update knowledge and skills through professional development and staying informed about the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy.
  • Deliver physiotherapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and electrotherapy.
  • Monitor patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  • Educate patients on effective techniques for managing conditions and preventing further injury.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Ensure Patient Safety, Implement and follow safety protocols to protect patients during treatment and avoid adverse effects.
  • Offer guidance on exercise, ergonomics, and lifestyle changes to enhance long-term health and function.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy or a related field.
  • Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist in Ontario.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and its application in clinical practice.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to deliver compassionate patient care while upholding professionalism and confidentiality.
