Job Description


Insight Global is looking for a Servicing Analyst to join the team with one of our large banking clients in the downtown Toronto area on a 1-year contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following: -Provide loan servicing and monitoring support for corporate and commercial lending portfolios in a professional and timely manner. - Deliver agreed lending/financing services as specified in the credit agreement/approval and ensures all required policies, guidelines and standards are met. - Address customer services issues according to established parameters, escalating as required - Support change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities - Execute routine tasks such as service requests, transactions, queries etc. within relevant service-level agreements - Investigate and address specific customer issues - Complete administrative activities to ensure the smooth operation of the unit; including scanning and filing documents as required -Support the development of tools and delivery of training focused on delivering business results -Integrate information from multiple sources to enable more efficient processes, enhanced analysis and/or streamlined reporting -Collaborate to execute loan servicing and monitoring requests - Prepare customer notifications and billings, and processes services and transactions including (but not limited to) loan advances/payments, wire transfers, billing for principal/interest/fees, monitoring collateral positions, financial exceptions, etc.

Insight Global recherche un analyste de services pour rejoindre l'équipe de l'un de nos grands clients bancaires du centre-ville de Toronto dans le cadre d'un contrat d'un an. Le candidat retenu sera responsable des tâches suivantes : - Fournir un soutien en matière de services de prêt et de suivi des portefeuilles de prêts aux entreprises et aux entreprises de manière professionnelle et dans les délais. - Fournir les services de prêt/financement convenus tels que spécifiés dans l'accord de crédit/l'approbation et s'assurer que toutes les politiques, directives et normes requises sont respectées. - Résoudre les problèmes de service client selon les paramètres établis, en les intensifiant si nécessaire - Soutenir la gestion du changement de portée et de type variables ; tâches généralement axées sur les activités d'exécution et de maintien - Exécuter des tâches de routine telles que les demandes de service, les transactions, les requêtes, etc. dans le cadre des accords de niveau de service pertinents - Enquêter et résoudre les problèmes spécifiques des clients - Effectuer des activités administratives pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'unité ; y compris la numérisation et le classement des documents selon les besoins -Soutenir le développement d'outils et la prestation de formations axées sur l'obtention de résultats commerciaux -Intégrer les informations provenant de sources multiples pour permettre des processus plus efficaces, une analyse améliorée et/ou des rapports rationalisés -Collaborer pour exécuter les demandes de service et de surveillance des prêts -Préparer les notifications et les facturations des clients, et traiter les services et les transactions, y compris (mais sans s'y limiter) les avances/paiements de prêts, les virements électroniques, la facturation du principal/des intérêts/des frais, la surveillance des positions collatérales, les exceptions financières, etc.
