Vous aurez un impact en faisant preuve d’un degré élevé de soins et de soutien pour les Canadiens et en les aidant à mener une vie saine. Votre interaction positive et utile contribuera grandement à soutenir un patient dans le besoin. Il s’agit d’un contrat de 18 mois à temps plein (37.5 hrs/semaine) et ce du lundi au vendredi de 9h à 17h ou de 12h à 20h. Ceci est un poste hybride, nous demandons un minimum de 2 jours/semaine de travail sur place, dans nos bureaux de Laval, QC.Pourquoi Dynacare est un endroit incroyable pour VOUS :

Comment VOUS allez faire une différence:
  • Répondre aux appels entrants et sortants selon les besoins organisationnels.
  • Offrir le support à notre clientèle sur nos services.
  • Assurer l’envoi des comptes rendus dans les délais requis (Ex. poste, fax, courriel etc.).
  • Recevoir et traiter les requêtes dans les délais prescrits selon les ententes contractuelles.
  • Remplir et garder à jour les bases de données, fichiers, etc. des différents programmes.
  • Envoyer les rapports (quotidiens, hebdomadaires, mensuels, etc.) aux clients.
  • Organiser des rendez-vous à l’échelle nationale ou aiguiller les patients vers nos services offerts aux centres de services aux patients Dynacare, aux sites indépendants et aux sites de prélèvement à domicile.
  • Placer les commandes pour les envois de nos trousses de prélèvement, préparer les bons connaissements, et aider à leur préparation au besoin selon les attentes des programmes.
  • Gérer les communications avec les patients, les médecins et les clients pour les différents suivis concernant les échantillons à recevoir et/ou à acheminer, les rendez-vous, etc.
  • Fournir les données pour assurer la facturation mensuelle en fonction des termes et conditions établies.
  • Assurer les tâches reliées à la facturation et l’émission des reçus dans les différentes bases de données.
  • Faire les suivis gestion des plaintes, non-conformités, et des anomalies.
  • Fournir les statistiques concernant les tâches quotidiennes.
  • Documenter tout évènement indésirable rapporté par le patient ou le professionnel de la santé selon les exigences des programmes.
  • Exécuter les tâches reliées au classement et à l’archivage (Ex. filières, boîtes, étiquetage, etc.).
  • Assurer la conformité avec le Système de gestion de la qualité.
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche assignée par le supérieur immédiat ou son représentant.
Ce que VOUS apportez au rôle :
  • Diplôme d’études post-secondaires.
  • Parfaitement bilingue en anglais et français (tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit).
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour la communication écrite et verbale.
  • Excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle et la gestion de cas spéciaux.
  • Compétences analytiques démontrées et pensée stratégique.
  • Maîtrise de la suite bureautique MS Office (incluant Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Capacité à composer avec la pression, à s’adapter à toutes sortes de situations et d’interlocuteurs, et à respecter des délais serrés.
  • Capacité manifeste d’autogestion, d’établissement des priorités et de collaboration dans un environnement axé sur le travail d’équipe, à fort volume et où le temps importe beaucoup, et dont les demandes sont en constante évolution afin de satisfaire les besoins de nos clients.
  • Minimum 2 années d’expérience en service à la clientèle
