Atrium Research is a leading equity research firm founded in 2022, which provides institutional quality company sponsored research on North American public equities using deep fundamental analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development:

  • Research and identify potential leads or clients using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and company databases.
  • Assist in outreach efforts (e.g., crafting emails, making introductory calls, or scheduling meetings) to support the sales pipeline.
  • Track and update lead information in CRM software and report on progress.

Marketing:

  • Collaborate on the creation of marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns, etc.) using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
  • Support the implementation of marketing campaigns across platforms like LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and email.
  • Help analyze campaign performance (e.g., engagement rates, click-throughs) and suggest improvements.

Team Support:

  • Work closely with company management to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for new business opportunities and creative campaign ideas.

Qualifications

  • Current enrollment in a college/university program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field) or recent graduate.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic familiarity with sales or marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, CRM software, Canva) is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for sales, marketing, and business growth—previous experience is a plus but not required.
