Apprenticeship Opportunity - Electrical or Millwright

1st, 2nd, 3rdor 4th Year Apprentice

Taber, AB

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Service Calls, Installations (Electrical) or Assembly (Millwright) on Equipment
  • Troubleshoot, Maintain and Repair systems
  • Be actively involved with Journeyman to increase knowledge base for apprenticeship
  • Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all company guidelines and OH&S safety requirements
  • Organize and maintain required material
  • Ensure that all work areas are clean and well maintained before, throughout and after completion of job
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Mechanically inclined & have a desire to work with Ag Equipment
  • Willingness to travel / work off site
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Self-motivated & takes initiative
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair and install equipment
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic and integrity
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude

  • Monday to Friday, with a high amount of Overtime during the busy season (April – October)
  • Medical / Dental benefits
  • Hourly wage based on level of Apprenticeship
