Défis et Responsabilités :
En tant que Scrum Master Senior dans l'équipe Livraison Technologique, vous serez responsable de :
  • Planifier et orchestrer les activités de design, de développement et de test pour les applications réglementaires, en mettant l'accent sur l'intégration de solutions techniques avancées.
  • Superviser et faciliter les interactions avec les parties prenantes techniques, en assurant une communication fluide et une collaboration efficace.
  • Soutenir l'équipe de livraison dans la gestion technique du projet (budgets, échéancier, risques et enjeux, etc.), en utilisant des méthodologies de pointe.
  • Agir comme « coach » auprès des collègues moins expérimentés dans l'utilisation de la méthodologie agile, tout en proposant des améliorations techniques pour optimiser la livraison du projet.
Responsabilités Spécifiques :
  • En collaboration avec les PM et SM des parties prenantes, arrimer la planification des activités de design, de développement et de test des équipes sous sa gouverne avec la planification globale du projet, en intégrant les meilleures pratiques techniques.
  • Standardiser l'approche de livraison en utilisant des outils de collaboration technique comme Jira, Atlassian Suite, X-Ray, Easy BI, et Power BI.
  • Travailler en binôme avec les PO et SME du projet pour bien gérer la prise en charge des priorités techniques.
  • Assister aux rencontres de gestion de projet et représenter son équipe multidisciplinaire, en mettant l'accent sur les aspects techniques.
  • Fournir des statuts d'avancement techniques dans les divers forums de communication.
Profil Idéal :
  • Baccalauréat en informatique, en génie logiciel, ou dans un domaine connexe et 5-7 années d'expérience pertinente.
  • Expérience en coordination d'équipes agiles et connaissance approfondie des méthodologies de développement (traditionnel, agile), avec une solide compréhension technique.
  • Maîtrise de Jira + suite Atlassian, X-Ray, Easy BI, Power BI et outils bureautiques MSOffice.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément et à travailler sous pression, avec un focus sur les défis techniques.
  • Habiletés relationnelles, leadership informel démontré, et capacité à influencer les décisions techniques.
  • Rigueur dans l'exécution des tâches et des communications, avec une attention particulière aux détails techniques.
  • Bilinguisme (parlé/écrit) français et anglais.
