Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:
    1. Perform general administrative duties such as answering phones, managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
    2. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
    3. Maintain organized and efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical.
  2. Sales Support:
    1. Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and customer inquiries.
    2. Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
    3. Prepare sales reports, track sales performance, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  3. Marketing Support:
    1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
    2. Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional items.
    3. Manage social media accounts and contribute to content creation and scheduling.
  4. Event Coordination:
    1. Assist in planning and coordinating events, trade shows, and webinars.
    2. Handle logistics, registrations, and communication with participants and vendors.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
    2. Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1 year of experience in sales and/or marketing.
  3. Skills:
    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    2. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    3. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
    4. Familiarity with CRM software and social media platforms.
    5. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
    6. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
  2. Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

Working Conditions:

  1. Office environment with working hours varying.
  2. Occasional travel may be required for events and meetings.
