Essential Job Functions:

  1. Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements
  2. Compile and analyze documentation supporting the month-end close
  3. Prepare monthly consolidated management discussion and analysis (MD&A)
  4. Prepare weekly and monthly combined KPI reports
  5. Prepare monthly communications with shareholders
  6. Prepare monthly and quarterly communications with lenders
  7. Prepare documentation for annual insurance renewal
  8. Coordinate the annual year-end audit & preparation of annual audited financial statements
  9. Participate in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax returns (US and Canada)
  10. Participate in the preparation of monthly consolidated forecast
  11. Participate in the preparation of documentation for quarterly board of director’s meetings
  12. Participate in the preparation of the annual consolidated budget
  13. Various ad-hoc requests (C-Level executives and others)
  14. Participate in the implementation of a new ERP
  15. Other assignments as assigned

Desired Skills, Abilities, and Qualifications:

  • CPA Required
  • 3+ years of accounting firm experience, working with audit engagements
  • Bilingual (French and English) required
