Your work as a Field Network Technician will includes several components:

• Installing and upgrading desktop and Windows server operating systems.

• Expertise in configuring, repairing, and troubleshooting Windows servers, desktops, Active Directory, firewalls, backup programs, email, and antivirus software.

• Ticketing documentation that adheres to established standards and procedures.

Our ideal Field Network Technician has the following qualifications:

• 3 years of more of experience in the IT field.

• Great customer service skills, with an attention to detail.

• Proficient communication skills.

• Capability of both solo and group work.
