Your Role

  • Represent landlords in Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) matters, including preparation, legal advice, and representation at hearings
  • Provide expert legal guidance on landlord-tenant issues and compliance
  • Manage client cases, ensuring efficient LTB representation and advocacy

What We're Looking For

  • Licensed Paralegal in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Proven experience handling Landlord and Tenant Board (LTB) matters
  • Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for helping landlords succeed
  • Knowledge of Ontario's landlord-tenant laws and rental regulations
