Your responsibilities
- Install, maintain, inspect, adjust, troubleshoot, and repair computer systems and related information technologies.
- Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware and software problems.
- Provide user and system-level support.
- Analyze system performance.
- Maintain end-user accounts and permissions.
- Manage inventory of hardware and software assets.
- Support applications teams throughout project lifecycles.
Your profile
- College Diploma in Computer Science or related field.
- Microsoft, CompTIA A+, or other Information Technology certification.
- Three (3) to five (5) years related practical technical experience in a similar role.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft desktop and server operating systems and software, Microsoft Active Directory, and group policy implementation.
- Understanding of Industrial Control Systems (ICS) environment is an asset.
- Familiarity with email and collaboration systems.
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in English and French to provide services in Quebec and Ontario.
- Valid Class 5 (QC) driver's license and insurable driving record.
- Eligibility for security clearance.
