This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Vancouver, British Columbia and some days remote.

The organization is a boutique financial institution with offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Montreal. The company has been in the Canadian marketplace for over 35 years, committed to exceeding customer expectations with exceptional service and product knowledge. The organization is undergoing significant changes, including leadership evolution and shifting market expectations. The team is close-knit, with a trusting and transparent culture. The work environment is fast-paced with an open-door policy, allowing easy access to the board/CFO. Reporting to the office is required on Tuesdays and Thursdays, with flexibility around the standard Mon-Fri 8:30 am - 5 pm schedule. The role may require off-hours availability. The downtown office is transit accessible.
