Your role:

The operations analyst offers internal administrative support to ensure processes are running efficiently and solve business issues. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent organizational abilities, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead vendor training and onboarding processes.
  • Manage vendor documentation, including NDAs, SOW issuance/signing, and document control.
  • Be the owner of clients Bidding Tracker.
  • Oversee client and vendor pricing management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies using platforms such as Avetta and SafeContractor.
  • Conduct reporting and presentations to support business decisions.
  • Handle client-related inquiries, including PO uplifts.
  • Manage EXPO reporting and dashboard insights.
  • Maintain and manage the facility management's playbooks.
  • Track accounting data and follow up with VP and senior leadership
  • Act as the facility management's point of contact for internal systems such as Aspire, ERP, and Utrakk (super user).

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business administration related field
  • 2 to 4 years of related experience.
  • Experienced with financial analysis software such as Power BI, SAS, Tableau, Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Written and spoken communication in both French and English.

Votre rôle:

L'analyste des opérations offre un soutien administratif interne afin d'assurer l'efficacité des processus et de résoudre les problématiques opérationnelles. La personne idéale possède de solides compétences analytiques, d'excellentes capacités organisationnelles et la capacité de collaborer avec plusieurs parties prenantes.

Principales responsabilités:

  • Diriger les processus de formation et d'intégration des fournisseurs.
  • Gérer la documentation des fournisseurs, y compris les ententes de confidentialité (NDA), l'émission/la signature des énoncés des travaux (SOW) et le contrôle des documents.
  • Être responsable du suivi des soumissions clients.
  • Superviser la gestion des prix pour les clients et les fournisseurs.
  • Assurer la conformité aux réglementations de l'industrie et aux politiques de l'entreprise via des plateformes telles qu'Avetta et SafeContractor.
  • Produire des rapports et des présentations pour appuyer la prise de décisions stratégiques.
  • Gérer les demandes des clients, y compris les augmentations de bons de commande (PO uplifts).
  • Superviser les rapports EXPO et l'analyse des tableaux de bord.
  • Maintenir et gérer les guides de gestion des installations.
  • Suivre les données comptables et assurer le suivi avec la vice-présidence et la haute direction.
  • Agir comme point de contact pour les systèmes internes de gestion des installations (Aspire, ERP et Utrakk – super utilisateur).

Qualifications et expérience:

  • Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe.
  • 2 à 4 ans d'expérience pertinente.
  • Expérience avec des logiciels d'analyse financière tels que Power BI, SAS, Tableau et Excel.
  • Solides compétences analytiques avec une attention particulière aux détails et à la précision.
  • Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
