Position and hours:

We are currently hiring for full time Restoration Technicians

We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Restoration Technicians to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for remediating properties damaged by water, fire, mold and other disasters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Following the direction provided by the Project Manager
  2. Perform water extraction, mold remediation, fire damage restoration and other related tasks
  3. Clean and deodorize affected areas
  4. Set up and monitor drying equipment
  5. Document and photograph damage for insurance purposes
  6. Communicate effectively with clients to explain the restoration process
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment
  8. Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
  9. Assist with other duties as needed to support the restoration team

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or equivalent
  2. Previous experience in property restoration or a related field is preferred
  3. Ability to work in challenging environments
  4. Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
  5. Excellent Communication Skills
  6. Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials
  7. Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  8. IICRC certification is a plus, but not required
