Paul Davis Restoration is a leading disaster restoration company seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our Emergency Services team.

We provide essential support to communities recovering from property damage caused by various events, including water damage, mold growth, fire incidents, vandalism, storms, and other unforeseen circumstances.

About the Role:

  • As an Emergency Services Crew Member, you will play a vital role in responding to emergency situations and providing immediate assistance to affected property owners.
  • You will work closely with our Mitigation Project Manager to execute restoration projects efficiently and effectively.
    • Key Responsibilities:
      • Represent Paul Davis with integrity and professionalism, adhering to company standards and practices.
      • Communicate clearly and effectively with both management and customers.
      • Perform labor-intensive tasks involved in emergency property damage restoration.
      • Maintain company equipment and supplies in excellent condition.
      • Utilize a smartphone for job-related tasks and communication.
      • Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills, work collaboratively as part of a team, and follow instructions diligently.
      • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure prompt response to emergency situations.
      • Perform physically demanding tasks, including climbing ladders and lifting heavy objects.
      • Work comfortably in various environmental conditions and confined spaces.
      • Handle a range of chemicals safely and responsibly, adhering to all safety protocols.
      • Collaborate with other departments, such as carpentry and cleaning, to ensure comprehensive restoration services.
