Job Description

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related technical degree.
  2. Proven experience 10+ years developing software solutions (C/C++).
  3. Experience as a team leader or people leader.
  4. Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams delivering modular and testable embedded SW components to successful product delivery.
  5. Demonstrated strategic thinking and the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable requirements.
  6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Experience with bench and/or vehicle testing domains.
  8. Experience in software test automation (Linux/Unix shell scripting, Python, JUnit, GTest).
  9. Experience with software containerization environments (Docker and Kubernetes).
  10. Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.

What Will Give You A Competitive Edge (Preferred Qualifications)

  1. Familiar with embedded data recording for ADAS applications.
  2. Experience with embedded C & C++.
  3. Experience with Android, Linux, and/or QNX.
  4. Experience with Cloud Computing (Microsoft Azure/AWS).
  5. Experience with telecommunication networks and security.
  6. Experience with edge, cloud, and IoT technologies.
  7. Experience with Service Oriented Architectures and Microservice principles.
  8. Familiar with major automotive vehicle systems.
