Our Client is seeking a Business Analyst to support an implementation of the IT Service Management platform – ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will be responsible for auditing user documentation from multiple repositories and repurpose into ServiceNow knowledgebase articles.
The accountabilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives related to the ServiceNow implementation.
- Assist with the integration of ServiceNow within existing platforms and tools.
- Work closely with the ServiceNow project teams to populate the ServiceNow knowledge base according to specific organizational needs.
- Evaluate the available documentation and assess its present validity for inclusion in the ServiceNow knowledge base.
- Contribute to the overall ServiceNow implementation, focusing on the knowledge aspect.

Experience Required/Mandatory Skills
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Expertise in knowledge management and user documentation authoring and review.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft platforms, particularly Office, SharePoint and Teams.
- Strong organizational skills and diligence to ensure accurate and timely delivery of tasks.
- Ability to understand and communicate key concepts.
Nice To Have Skills
- 2-year post-secondary diploma or a 4-year post-secondary degree in IT or Computing Science related field.
- 2 years experience working on project teams and/or large-scale IT transformation projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies is desirable.
- ITIL Certification will be considered an asset.
Location Edmonton/On-Site
Work Environment 5 months with possibility of extension
