Our client an established employer in Alberta is looking for a SharePoint Analyst to support the modernization and migration of their SharePoint environments.


If you have a strong technical background, a passion for problem-solving, and experience with SharePoint 2016 On-Premise and SharePoint Online, this role is for you.


This is a 6 month contract with the potential to extend, fully remote across Canada, might involve some travel to Edmonton.


What You’ll Do:

  • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for SharePoint environments
  • Perform business analysis and design to support SharePoint solutions
  • Work on M365 and SharePoint Online migration projects
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials
  • Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to optimize SharePoint usage
  • Ensure stability, security, and efficiency through monitoring and proactive maintenance


What You Bring:

  • 4-6 years of experience with SharePoint administration and migration
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, change management, and UAT frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with business process improvements and SharePoint customization
  • Experience supporting Sharegate
  • Experience managing metadata, workflows, forms, and user interface customization.
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint 2016 and Microsoft 365 SharePoint Online
