Position Summary: Eagle Machine Tool & Supply is seeking a motivated and dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a deep understanding of the machine tool and supply industry. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, identifying sales opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Provide customers with product information, demonstrations, and recommendations.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of orders and delivery.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and training sessions as required.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the machine tool and supply industry.
- Strong knowledge of cutting tools, abrasives, machine shop, and safety supplies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory (Surrounding Winnipeg)

- Location: Roughly 8am-10am in-office time is required at Hutchings St then the rest of your day will be spent travel to client sites in your territory
