RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un Administrateur Systèmes expérimenté avec une forte expertise en Microsoft Intune. Le candidat idéal aura entre 5 et 7 ans d'expérience dans la gestion et la maintenance des infrastructures informatiques d'entreprise, garantissant une opération fluide et optimisant les performances des systèmes. Votre rôle consistera à configurer, déployer et assurer le support d'Intune, un composant essentiel de notre stratégie de gestion et de sécurité des appareils.


RESPONSABILITÉS

Administration d'Intune :

  • Configurer, déployer et gérer les appareils en utilisant Microsoft Intune.
  • Mettre en œuvre et appliquer les politiques de conformité et les profils de configuration.
  • Automatiser les flux de travail à l'aide de PowerShell ou des API d'Intune.

Administration Systèmes :

  • Gérer les environnements Windows Server, y compris Active Directory, DNS et Group Policy.
  • Maintenir et supporter des environnements hybrides (sur site et cloud).
  • Surveiller et optimiser les performances et la disponibilité des systèmes.

Gestion des Points de Terminaison :

  • Déployer et mettre à jour les systèmes d'exploitation et les applications sur divers appareils.
  • Gérer les appareils mobiles (MDM) et les applications mobiles (MAM) via Intune.
  • Résoudre les problèmes liés à l'enrôlement des appareils et à la connectivité.

Sécurité et Conformité :

  • Mettre en place et gérer des mesures de sécurité telles que l'accès conditionnel, la protection des terminaux et la prévention de la perte de données.
  • Effectuer des audits de sécurité réguliers et mettre à jour les systèmes pour corriger les vulnérabilités.

Collaboration et Support :

  • Collaborer avec des équipes interfonctionnelles pour garantir une intégration fluide des systèmes.
  • Fournir un support technique avancé et des conseils aux utilisateurs finaux et aux membres juniors de l'équipe IT.


EXIGENCES

  • 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pratique en tant qu'Administrateur Systèmes, avec une expertise en Intune et en gestion des appareils.
  • Expertise avérée dans la gestion des environnements Microsoft 365 et Azure AD.
  • Maîtrise de la configuration d'Intune pour la gestion des appareils et des applications.
  • Solides compétences en systèmes d'exploitation Windows, Active Directory et scripting PowerShell.
  • Connaissance des protocoles d'authentification modernes tels que SAML, OAuth et MFA.


CERTIFICATIONS (atout)

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
  • Azure Administrator Associate ou équivalent.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced System Administrator with a strong focus on Microsoft

Intune. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience managing and maintaining enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation, and optimizing system performance. Your role will involve configuring, deploying, and supporting Intune as a critical component of our device management and security strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Intune Administration:

  • Configure, deploy, and manage devices using Microsoft Intune.
  • Implement and enforce compliance policies and configuration profiles.
  • Automate workflows using PowerShell or Intune APIs.

System Administration:

  • Manage Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
  • Support and maintain hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud-based).
  • Monitor and optimize system performance and availability.

Endpoint Management:

  • Deploy and update operating systems and applications across devices.
  • Handle mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) via Intune.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device enrollment and connectivity issues.

Security & Compliance:

  • Implement and manage security measures such as conditional access, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention.
  • Perform regular security audits and update systems to address vulnerabilities.

Collaboration & Support:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Provide advanced technical support and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff.


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator, with a focus on Intune and device management.
  • Proven expertise in managing Microsoft 365 and Azure AD environments.
  • Proficient in configuring Intune for device and application management.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Familiarity with modern authentication protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and MFA.


CERTIFICATIONS (asset)

  • Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
  • Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals.
  • Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent.


Bilingualism is required because this role requires daily communication outside of Quebec
