The job:

As a Senior Marketing Artist, you will work on campaigns for our existing and new games, helping define brands, craft creative concepts, and attract new players. You will collaborate with a team of artists and utilize your marketing and branding expertise to execute effective campaigns.

The team:

You will be part of Team Narwhal, our performance marketing team responsible for growing our games across multiple channels.

Things you will work on:

  • Concept and create innovative and eye-catching campaigns
  • Work with game teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Provide feedback to your team to align with the overall vision
  • Analyze campaign data to understand performance across channels
  • Direct brainstorming sessions for creative ideas
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Art Lead and User Acquisition team
  • Conduct competitive research
  • Develop goals and roadmaps for your team

Who you are:

You are passionate about gaming and marketing, capable of leading creative projects while mentoring your team. A player of free-to-play games, you understand their monetization and marketing strategies.

Primary qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in advertising or marketing
  • Passionate about marketing, branding, and gaming
  • Experience leading creative projects and teams
  • Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Premiere
  • A strong portfolio in Motion/Graphic Design
  • Ability to set and maintain campaign style
  • Experience with creative pipelines
  • Understanding of player appeal in marketing campaigns
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with agencies and in-house teams

Additional helpful experience:

  • Experience with 2D or 3D art animation
  • Experience with storyboarding
  • Experience with outsourcing pipelines
  • Experience with App Store optimization
