Responsabilités :


En tant que Coordinateur(trice) Distribution, vous serez responsable de toutes les tâches administratives liées à la logistique et à l'équipe de distribution.


  • Analyser et fournir quotidiennement les commandes à préparer par nos 3PLs.
  • Coordonner avec l’équipe d’importation et les courtiers pour s’assurer que les mouvements depuis le port se déroulent en temps voulu et éliminer les frais de surestaries.
  • Soutenir la mise en œuvre des prévisions de distribution à mesure que les marchandises sont produites ou arrivent au port.
  • Coordonner les lieux de livraison avec les courtiers en importation.
  • Effectuer des saisies de données dans le système ERP.
  • Coordonner avec le service client pour fournir un soutien logistique et des recommandations afin de répondre aux besoins et aux attentes des clients.
  • Superviser le processus quotidien de publication pour assurer la disponibilité des produits en temps opportun.
  • Exécuter les objectifs et la stratégie logistiques globaux pour assurer l’efficacité tout en réduisant les coûts et les variations de processus.
  • Négocier des devis ponctuels pour des expéditions spécialisées et des projets avec les courtiers.
  • Examiner les fonctions logistiques et identifier les domaines à améliorer.
  • Fournir une analyse logistique mensuelle, trimestrielle et annuelle des principaux indicateurs de performance (KPI) pour évaluer l'impact sur les affaires et les comparaisons de l’année en cours.
  • Recueillir, interpréter et analyser différents types de données logistiques, y compris la fiabilité du transport et de la livraison, les coûts finaux par rapport aux termes du contrat, ainsi que d’autres données liées à la gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et à la distribution.
  • Examiner et analyser les coûts de transport et les processus de livraison, les problèmes de livraison client tels que les ruptures de stock, et d'autres indicateurs de performance de la gestion des commandes.

Qui recherchons-nous ?

  • 1 à 3 ans d'expérience dans un rôle d'importation, de production ou de logistique dans l'industrie de la mode.
  • Diplôme ou baccalauréat en gestion des opérations ou logistique – un atout important.
  • Excellentes compétences en planification, organisation et exécution.
  • Grande attention aux détails et à l'exactitude.
  • Compétences informatiques solides; maîtrise des systèmes ERP.
  • Bilingue français et anglais, à l'oral et à l'écrit.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches, être ingénieux(se) et axé(e) sur les détails.
  • Prise de décision réfléchie sous pression et sens de l'urgence.
  • Maîtrise de MS Office, niveau avancé en Excel et bonne connaissance d'Outlook.
  • Réussite avérée dans la gestion de la logistique et de la distribution.
  • Capacité démontrée à diriger et gérer des équipes.

Distribution Coordinator - Logistics

Responsibilities:


As the Distribution Coordinator, you will manage all administrative tasks related to the logistics and distribution team.


  • Analyze and provide on a daily basis order to be prepared by our 3PLs
  • Coordinate with the import team and brokers to ensure movements from port move in timely manner and eliminate demurrage.
  • Support the implementation of Distribution Forecast as Goods are produced or arrive at port
  • Coordinate delivery locations with the Import brokers
  • Make data input in the ERP system
  • Coordinate with the customer service department in providing logistics support and recommendations to meet customers’ needs and expectations
  • Oversee the daily posting process to ensure product availability in a timely manner
  • Execute overall logistical goals & strategy to ensure efficiency while reducing cost and process variations
  • Negotiate spot quotes for specialized shipments and projects with brokers
  • Review logistical functions and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide monthly, Quarter, Yearly logistics analysis of key KPI indicators for logistics and impact business impact and comparisons of recent YTD
  • Collects, interprets, and analyzes various types of logistics data including reliability of transport and delivery, final costing vs contract terms and other data related to role of logistics in supply chain management and distribution
  • Reviews and analyzes transportation costs and delivery processes, customer deliveries issues such as back orders, and other fulfillment metrics

Who are we looking for?

  • 1-3 years of experience in an import, production, or logistics role within the fashion industry.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or Logistics – a strong asset.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and execution skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and high accuracy.
  • Strong computer skills; proficiency in ERP systems.
  • Bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Multitasker, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel (advanced level: Pivot tables, formulas), and Outlook.
  • Proven success in managing logistics and distribution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams.
