Nos associés aux ventes au détail sont responsables de tous les aspects de l'expérience client au sein de plusieurs entreprises (vente au détail, location, sur mesure et omnicanal) dans un magasin, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter:

  • S'engager en tant que membre d'une équipe hautement performante grâce à la confiance, à l'engagement et à l'accent mis sur les résultats.
  • Établissez une relation avec votre client depuis l'accueil jusqu'au contact après-vente.
  • Démontrer constamment les techniques de vente de référence pour les ventes au détail, les ventes de vêtements sur mesure et les locations d'occasions spéciales.
  • Encourager et participer continuellement à la vente en équipe et avoir un impact positif sur la réalisation des objectifs de volume et de mesures des ventes du magasin.
  • Participer à la présentation visuelle, à la mise en place et à d'autres projets liés au magasin, ainsi qu'au comptage des stocks de marchandises.
  • Manipuler la caisse enregistreuse, comme un caissier, au point de vente dans le magasin.

Exigences physiques

  • Capacité de se tenir debout et de marcher pendant la majeure partie du quart de travail, de se pencher, de s'accroupir et de se tordre fréquemment, de soulever jusqu'à 50 lb, de grimper sur une échelle pour atteindre des marchandises et/ou des fournitures, et de voir et de distinguer les motifs et les couleurs des tissus.
