Ce que vous ferez

Le Spécialiste des Ressources Humaines Temporaire fournira un soutien RH à un niveau généraliste ainsi qu'un travail basé sur des projets dans les domaines du recrutement, de l'intégration, de la conformité, du reporting, des relations avec les employés et des recherches/actions liées à l'emploi.

D'autres tâches comprendront:

  • Assurer la conformité avec les normes de performance HSE de DNA, les objectifs ainsi que les lois et règlements identifiés.
  • Aider la direction dans les efforts de recrutement internes et externes, y compris les approbations de réquisition, les affichages internes, le recrutement externe, les entretiens et la sélection des employés.
  • Fournir un soutien aux projets dans plusieurs domaines au sein de la fonction RH.
  • Établir des relations solides avec nos parties prenantes internes et externes et fournir des solutions centrées sur le client.
  • Fournir des conseils et une assistance aux gestionnaires et aux employés concernant les politiques RH et de paie, les programmes d'avantages sociaux et d'autres informations sur l'emploi. Responsable de fournir des informations précises et des orientations concernant les politiques et procédures.
  • Travailler avec la direction désignée à la création et à la gestion des descriptions de postes.
  • Traiter et suivre les informations à l'appui des politiques et des avantages sociaux tels que les congés, l'invalidité de courte durée et les mises à pied temporaires.
  • Exécuter des rapports, des requêtes et des audits, et effectuer les actions nécessaires pour mettre à jour et assurer l'intégrité des données des employés dans les systèmes HRIS.
  • Maintenir les dossiers et fichiers du personnel des employés conformément aux exigences de conservation.
  • Soutenir les projets et les activités liés aux RH, à la paie, à la compensation et aux avantages sociaux.
  • Aider au développement continu et à l'amélioration des informations et des processus nécessaires pour fournir un service de qualité.
  • Assurer la conformité avec les politiques de l'entreprise, les régimes d'avantages sociaux ainsi que les réglementations et lois locales, provinciales et fédérales applicables.

Ce que nous recherchons:

  • Une expérience de travail de 3 à 5 ans en tant que généraliste en ressources humaines est préférable.
  • Doit être parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais pour soutenir l'ensemble du Canada dans les deux langues officielles.
  • Un baccalauréat en gestion des ressources humaines, en gestion des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe est préféré.
  • Maîtrise des produits Microsoft tels que Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Teams.
  • Expérience ou exposition aux principes et pratiques des ressources humaines, aux programmes d'avantages sociaux des employés et aux activités de paie.
  • Expérience avec les systèmes de gestion des ressources humaines (HRIS), de préférence avec SAP, est un atout.
  • Quelqu'un qui cherche à avoir plus d'exposition dans le domaine des ressources humaines.
  • Attitude positive, comportement amical, motivé et esprit d'équipe.
