Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient in MS Office with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Critical Thinking: Strong critical and analytical skills to solve complex client issues.
