Job Description

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for scheduling customer meetings & product demos for our sales team, supporting Vircom’s sales initiatives, and prospecting potential new customers. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Reach out to prospective customers to create opportunities for the company;
  • Maintain strong familiarity & knowledge of Vircom’s product portfolio & value proposition for customers & partners
  • Work hand-in-hand with our sales team to pass along relevant details about the lead and follow up as needed;
  • Update lead records in CRM;


Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of phone sales experience, B2B a benefit;
  • Technology sales experience a benefit;
  • Excellent written and verbal skills (English);
  • A motivated person with multi-tasking capabilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce especially) is a benefit;
