Position Overview: Are you a recent graduate or an entry-level sales enthusiast looking for an exciting opportunity with a clear path to growth? Our Entry-Level Sales Program is your gateway to success We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who love working with people and are eager to dive into the world of sales while learning all aspects of our company. From direct sales to public speaking, training to leadership, HR to client management – you’ll experience it all in our comprehensive program. And don’t worry, there’s plenty of room to grow
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in an immersive Sales Program to understand company operations, culture, and goals.
- Dive headfirst into sales activities, learning the ropes and making an impact from day one.
- Rotate through key departments like Sales, Human Resources, and Client Management to gain broad business exposure.
- Develop and enhance public speaking and presentation skills.
- Assist in organizing and leading training sessions, workshops, and training materials.
- Practice leadership skills through various projects and initiatives.
- Engage in client management activities to build strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Contribute innovative ideas in team meetings to improve processes.
- Perform various administrative tasks to support departmental operations.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to build connections and expand business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for sales and a desire to excel in a competitive field.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Enthusiasm for public speaking and leadership.
