Vos missions

  • Promouvoir Harry Hope auprès de nos clients et prospects
  • Conduire les rendez-vous client pour développer votre business
  • Négocier vos prestations jusqu'à la clôture des contrats
  • Créer et Fidéliser votre portefeuille clients en créant une relation de confiance
  • Chasser de nouveaux talents via les différents jobboards (LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed)
  • Présélectionner vos candidats et mener vos entretiens de recrutement
  • Présenter vos candidats à vos clients et les conseiller dans leur sélection grâce à votre expertise métier
  • Accompagner vos candidats tout au long du processus de recrutement


En ce qui concerne les compétences, si vous avez de l'expérience en cabinet de recrutement en 360 (ventes & recrutement), c'est un excellent point de départ. Mais ce n'est pas tout

In a context of strong development, we are looking for a 360 recruitment consultant:


Your tasks:

  • Promote Harry Hope to our clients and prospects
  • Lead client meetings to develop your business
  • Negotiate your services through to contract closure
  • Create and retain your client portfolio by building relationships of trust
  • Hunt for new talent via job boards (LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed…)
  • Pre-select candidates and conduct recruitment interviews
  • Introduce your candidates to your clients and advise them on their selection thanks to your business expertise
  • Support your candidates throughout the recruitment process


As far as skills are concerned, if you have experience in a recruitment agency doing 360 (sales & recruitment), that's a great place to start. But that's not all
