Votre rôle et vos responsabilités :
En tant qu'Architecte de Processus d'Affaires (spécialiste IBM CP4BA), vous jouerez un rôle central dans l'utilisation de la plateforme native Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) d'IBM pour développer et déployer des solutions d'intégration de pointe permettant à nos clients d'atteindre leurs objectifs. Vous dirigerez par l'exemple, en guidant notre équipe de spécialistes dans notre studio "Automatisation du travail" sur des projets clients et des projets internes de R&D.
Le candidat idéal pour ce poste excelle dans des environnements rapides et dynamiques et démontre une combinaison solide de compétences techniques, de connaissances commerciales, de créativité et de capacités de leadership. Vous êtes capable de relever des défis complexes, de concevoir des solutions innovantes et de diriger des projets et des équipes vers les résultats commerciaux souhaités.
L'architecte de processus d'affaires (spécialiste IBM CP4BA) est axé sur le client et les résultats, avec des responsabilités qui incluent :
- Diriger des projets pour concevoir, développer et déployer des solutions innovantes utilisant la plateforme d'automatisation des affaires d'IBM et ses technologies.
- Garantir que les solutions sont alignées avec les exigences et collaborer avec les parties prenantes clés pour gérer les attentes et assurer la satisfaction du client.
- Diriger le studio "Automatisation du travail" de SIA - diriger des projets, encadrer l'équipe, animer des réunions agiles (scrums et sprints), faire des présentations mensuelles.
- Diriger des activités et projets de recherche et de développement expérimental pour accroître nos connaissances et compétences, améliorer nos méthodologies et développer les offres de solutions et services de SIA.
- Fournir un soutien avant-vente à l'équipe marketing & ventes de SIA (capturer les besoins des clients, répondre aux appels d'offres, élaborer des propositions et des plans de projet, faire des présentations et des démonstrations, diriger des POC, etc.).
- Participer activement aux réseaux sociaux et à d'autres opportunités de réseautage pour promouvoir votre marque personnelle et celle de notre entreprise (y compris des publications et articles sur des pages vitrines).
- Expertise technique et professionnelle requise
- Les candidats idéaux posséderont le profil suivant :
Connaissance approfondie des solutions d'automatisation des affaires pour la capture et le traitement de documents, les services de contenu, l'automatisation des flux de travail et la gestion des cas, la gestion des décisions, le processus d'extraction et de modélisation, RPA & travail numérique et l'intelligence opérationnelle.
- Expérience approfondie avec une ou plusieurs technologies d'automatisation des affaires d'IBM : Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Filenet, Datacap & ADP, watsonx Orchestrate & RPA, Business Automation Workflow, ADS, Process Mining, Blueworks Live, etc.
- Un historique prouvé de déploiement de solutions d'automatisation du travail pour divers cas d'utilisation, dans divers secteurs et environnements (cloud et sur site).
- Expérience dans la réalisation de vérifications de santé et la recommandation d'améliorations en matière d'architecture ou de configuration sur la base des meilleures pratiques d'IBM.
- Expérience dans la réalisation de migrations, de mises à niveau de version et de projets de modernisation des applications.
- Expérience dans l'aide aux clients pour concevoir et développer des flux de travail et fournir un transfert de compétences et une formation aux utilisateurs finaux.
- Expérience dans la résolution de problèmes et la résolution d'enjeux de conception et de configuration dans l'environnement du client.

- Poste permanent à temps plein, en présentiel (bureau situé au centre-ville de Montréal).
- Doit résider dans la région de Montréal et avoir l'autorisation de travailler au Canada.
- Doit être disponible et éligible pour des déplacements occasionnels au Canada, aux États-Unis et dans les Caraïbes - pour des projets clients, des conférences et des formations.

Your role and responsibilities
As a Business Process Architect (IBM CP4BA), you will play a pivotal role in leveraging IBM's cloud-native Cloud Pak for Business Automation (CP4BA) platform and technologies to develop and deploy cutting-edge integration solutions that enable our customers to achieve their desired results. You'll lead by example, guiding our team of specialists in our “Work Automation" studio on customer and internal R&D projects.
The ideal candidate for this position excels in fast-paced, dynamic environments and demonstrates a strong combination of technical skills, business knowledge, creativity and leadership abilities. You can tackle complex challenges, design innovative solutions and guide projects and teams towards the desired business outcomes.
The Business Process Architect (IBM CP4BA) is customer-focused and results-driven, with responsibilities that include:
- Leading projects to architect, develop and deploy innovative solutions that leverage IBM’s business automation platform and technologies.
- Ensuring solutions are aligned with requirements and collaborate with key stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Leading SIA’s "Work Automation" studio - lead projects, mentor the team, facilitate agile meetings (scrums and sprints), make monthly presentations.
- Leading research and experimental development activities and projects to increase our knowledge and skills, develop and improve our methodologies, and develop SIA solution and service offerings.
- Providing pre-sales support to SIA's marketing & sales team (capture customer needs, respond to RFPs, develop proposals and project plans, make presentations and demonstrations, lead POCs, etc.).
- Actively participating in social media and other networking opportunities to promote your personal brand and our company (including posts and articles on showcase pages).
Technical and professional expertise required
Ideal candidates will possess the following profile:
- In-depth knowledge of business automation solutions for document capture & processing, content services, workflow automation & case management, decision management, process mining & modelling, RPA & digital labour and operational intelligence.
- Extensive experience with one or more IBM business automation technologies: Cloud Pak for Business Automation, Filenet, Datacap & ADP, watsonx Orchestrate & RPA, Business Automation Workflow, ADS, Process Mining, Blueworks Live, etc.)
- A proven track record of deploying work automation solutions for various use cases, in various industries and in various environments (both cloud and on premises).
- Experience conducting health checks and recommending improvements in architecture or configuration based on IBM best practices.
- Experience performing migrations, version upgrades, and application modernization projects.
- Experience helping customers design & develop workflows and providing skills transfer and enablement to end-users.
- Experience troubleshooting problems and resolving design & configuration issues in the customer’s environment.
