About the Role

The Vice President, Product Management will play a critical role in driving the strategic vision, strategy and execution of our product portfolio at Loopio. This leader will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle ensuring that our products are innovative, delight customers, and meet our business objectives. This role will report to our Chief Product Officer and be responsible for leading the product management organization.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company’s vision, business goals, and customer needs
  • Lead and mentor the product management team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and growth
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch and post-launch analysis
  • Establish KPIs that measure the success and impact of the product areas, using data and insights for continuous improvement
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, ensuring our products remain competitive and relevant
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless product development and go-to-market processes
  • Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining clear product roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer and business expectations
  • Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and incorporating feedback into product development
  • Monitor product performance, utilizing data-driven insights to make informed decisions and drive product enhancements
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually improve our product offerings

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • Experience leading at scale, with companies greater than $50MM revenue, and more than 300 employees
  • Experience working in multi-product environments with partner ecosystems and portfolio of integrations
  • Experience working with or overseeing a global team, serving a global customer base
  • Experience in hyper-competitive markets/categories
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role directly managing other Product Managers
  • Extensive experience building and growing B2B SaaS products, ideally in sales-tech
  • Experience building products that leverage AI/ML. Experience with the RFP industry is a big bonus
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional products that solve customer problems and deliver customer value

  • Loopio is a remote-first workplace because we recognize the advantages of working flexibly. We have Hub Regions spanning across Canada, UK, and India, which means that employees live and work remotely within a 300 KM radius of Toronto (within Ontario), Vancouver (within British Columbia), Ahmedabad (within Gujarat), Pune (within Maharashtra), and London (UK) and work within regular business hours in their timezone.
  • You’ll collaborate with your teams virtually (we’re just a Zoom call away) and have established core sync hours and focus time during the workday to enable us to work smarter together
