We're seeking a Graphic/Web Designer to join our team and work directly under the Director of Marketing and Communications. In this role, you'll bring your creative talent to life by developing visually striking internal and external marketing materials that align with our corporate and partner brand standards. You’ll collaborate with a network of professionals to produce print and digital assets that elevate both Willis' brand and our global partners' brands.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Create and develop concepts for a wide variety of materials, including promotional assets, brochures, flyers, posters, sales tools, packaging and digital content.
  • Maintain and update web content using WordPress
  • Organize and manage all creative assets for consistency and accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate design standards and document management processes across all print and digital materials.
  • Fulfill requests for logos, stock photography, and other creative assets.
  • Assist in crafting creative assets for social media, including digital content, photography, and video.
  • Participate in team meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
  • Coordinate the printing and distribution of materials across multiple locations.


Qualifications and Skills:


  • Degree or Diploma in Digital Graphic/Web Design or a related field.
  • 10 years of demonstrated experience, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing graphic and web design.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) on a Mac OS
  • Experience with WordPress is essential. Familiarity with WooCommerce, video editing, and animation is a bonus.
  • A highly collaborative team player with excellent communication and active communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong conceptual and detail-oriented design skills, with the ability to take a project from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service to both internal teams and external clients.
