Role Overview:

We’re seeking a skilled Power BI Dashboard Developer to design and maintain dynamic dashboards that provide critical insights into security incidents, trends, and network performance. You'll collaborate with security and network teams, transforming raw data into visually appealing, user-friendly dashboards. This role requires deep expertise in Power BI and experience with BI development, ideally within security-focused environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Power BI Dashboard Development:
  • Design and maintain interactive, performance-optimized Power BI dashboards.
  • Connect and integrate data from tools like Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, Demisto, Anomali, Qualys, Cisco security solutions, and Palo Alto Networks products.
  • Utilize DAX queries and advanced Power BI features to create meaningful visualizations.
  • Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide insights into security incidents, trends, vulnerabilities, and device health.

Technical Consulting:

  • Collaborate with network and security teams to understand reporting needs.
  • Translate requirements into technical specifications for dashboard development.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to users on dashboard utilization.

Data Pipeline Maintenance:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot data connections to ensure uninterrupted data flow.
  • Optimize data extraction and transformation processes for scalability and efficiency.
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats and update dashboards as needed.


Top 3 Required Skills:

  1. Power BI Expertise: 5+ years of experience with Power BI, including advanced features.
  2. BI Development: 7+ years of experience in BI development and report management.
  3. Security Tools Experience: Familiarity with SIEM tools like Splunk, QRadar, or Arcsight is a strong plus.
