THIS IS A DOMICILE POSITION IN VAL D'OR

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

High school diploma/educational equivalent

Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record

Ability to lift 70 lbs and to maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment

One (1) year customer oriented business experience preferred

Must achieve minimum threshold on mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training

Some knowledge of Federal Express Canada operations and Canadian Customs regulations an asset

Good interpersonal and communication skills

Good time management and organizational skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to multitask, handle stress and work in a highly pressured environment

Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays based on business needs


CONNAISSANCES, COMPÉTENCES ET APTITUDES REQUISES

Diplôme d'études secondaires ou l'équivalent

Une certaine connaissance des activités de Federal Express Canada et de la réglementation douanière canadienne constitue un atout

Posséder un permis de conduire valide et un bon dossier de conduite.

Pouvoir soulever des charges de 70 lb et manoeuvrer, avec l'aide d'un appareil approprié, des colis pesant jusqu'à 150 lb.

Il est souhaitable de posséder au moins un (1) an d'expérience dans le domaine du service à la clientèle Réussir l'évaluation des compétences de conducteur.

Entregent et aptitudes de communication

Bonne maîtrise de la gestion du temps et de l'organisation

Excellente maîtrise du service à la clientèle

Capacité de mener plusieurs tâches de front, de s’adapter au stress et de travailler sous une forte pression

Être prêt à se montrer souple pour travailler avec des horaires variables, de même que pendant les congés si les besoins de l’entreprise le justifient

Les candidats feront en outre l’objet d’une évaluation basée sur l’examen approfondi :

  1. de leur dossier de conduite courant,
  2. des résultats de leur entrevue et
  3. des résultats de toute évaluation de leurs compétences de conducteur.
