Skills and Responsibilities:


•We are seeking an experienced Senior Developer who has expertise in setting up AWS Connect and integrating it with Salesforce.

•The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of AWS services such as AWS Connect, Lex, Lambda functions, CloudWatch, and experience in automating the setup of these services through CI/CD pipelines.

•Additionally, they should have hands-on experience in setting up Omnichannel or Salesforce for Email and SMS flow.

•Set up AWS Connect and integrate it with Salesforce.

•Configure Lex Bot, Polly, Lambda functions, CloudWatch for optimal performance.

•Implement automation processes for the setup of various AWS services via CI/CD pipeline.

•Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and other technologies as required.

•Perform unit testing to ensure the quality of developed solutions.

•Integrate external systems with Salesforce using APIs (SOAP/REST).

•More than 5 years of experience in above-tech stack.
