Un gérant de rayon leader de nuit dirige une équipe en respectant les croyances et valeurs fondamentales de Walmart. Cette équipe est responsable de l’approvisionnement des rayons, de la mise en place des présentoirs et veille à ce que la succursale soit toujours bien rangée et entretenue. Si vous aimez guider les autres et avez le sens du détail, le poste de gérant de rayon leader de nuit pourrait vous convenir

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Contribuer à l’orientation et à la coordination de l’équipe de stockage de nuit en fonction des priorités communiquées par le gérant adjoint de nuit et l’équipe de direction de jour.
  • Évaluer la présentation générale des marchandises et l’apparence de la succursale, en notant les lacunes pour les corriger, et apporter des changements aux présentoirs, au besoin.
  • Veiller à ce que les marchandises défectueuses soient apportées au bureau des réclamations.
  • Assurer la responsabilité générale de la sécurité de la succursale en l’absence du gérant adjoint de nuit. Gérer les accidents survenus au cours du quart de nuit en l’absence du gérant adjoint de nuit.
  • Inspecter les aires désignées à l’intérieur de la succursale pour veiller à la sécurité et à la conformité des installations physiques.
  • Participer à la formation et au perfectionnement des associés de nuit afin d’atteindre les objectifs de production.
