The ideal candidate will oversee daily credit and collections operations as well as manage a team of experienced credit professionals. This role will also be responsible for full credit analysis, review and approval.


Responsibilities

  • Ensure the team is adhering to company policies
  • Manage a team of 4-5+ daily
  • Credit management; review credit reports, analyze the creditworthiness of new customers
  • Work closely with sales and accounting departments
  • Management of daily collections activities
  • Support senior management
  • ad hoc duties as required


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • CCP designation or enrolment is required
  • Strong customer service acumen
  • 4-5+ years of previous management experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills
