Job Description

  • Project Planning and Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Team Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the work of project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff. Provide clear direction and support to ensure team members meet project goals.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage project budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial objectives are achieved. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all projects adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges and ensure the successful delivery of projects.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability. Maintain accurate project documentation.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing complex construction projects from start to finish. They will possess strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment. A background in ground-up and interior projects within retail, commercial, industrial, healthcare, or institutional sectors is highly desirable.
