Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA strategy, planning, and automation, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality software products. As a QA Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire QA process, from defining strategies to executing test plans, and ensuring that all software meets the highest standards of quality.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA strategies and processes that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and skills to perform their roles effectively.
  • Design and oversee the execution of comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Implement and manage automation frameworks to increase efficiency and coverage in testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
  • Monitor and report on key QA metrics, identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous enhancement of QA practices.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, particularly in the insurance domain.


Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience as QA Manager/Lead with a strong focus on strategy, planning, and automation.
  • Extensive experience with automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating QA processes into automated workflows.
