About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager of Operations and Finance to oversee and enhance our company's operational efficiency and financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing dashboards, KPIs, company-wide reporting, project management, vendor negotiations, and team leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Performance Management & KPIs:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive processes to monitor business performance
  • Identify, track, and analyze KPIs to drive operational efficiency and financial effectiveness.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on KPI analysis to senior leadership.
  1. Company-Wide Reporting:
  • Lead the preparation and distribution of regular operational reports to stakeholders.
  • Keep teams on track by ensuring their tasks are completed by deadlines.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting activities.
  • Develop and enhance reporting processes to improve clarity and decision-making.
  1. Project Management:
  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion.
  • Develop project plans, set timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with company goals.
  1. Vendor Negotiations:
  • Lead negotiations with vendors to secure the best terms and conditions.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Continuously evaluate vendor performance and explore opportunities for improvement.
  1. Financial Analysis:
  • Support the Finance department with a variety of ad-hoc projects including evaluation of vendor costs, special projects, acquisition analysis and partnerships


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related field. PMP certification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations and finance management, with a proven track record in dashboard/KPI management, reporting, and project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills, with a history of successfully leading and completing projects.
  • Proven experience in vendor negotiations and contract management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
