Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled SAP HCM Consultant with strong localization knowledge specific to Washington state regulations to join our HR Systems team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP HCM modules with a focus on local compliance and statutory requirements in Washington. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SAP HCM functionality and experience in addressing localization needs within HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement and support SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Benefits (BN).
  • Configure SAP HCM to ensure compliance with Washington state regulations and local statutory requirements.
  • Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Customize SAP HCM functionalities to meet specific localization needs, such as tax calculations, wage and hour regulations, and benefits administration.
  • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Provide end-user training and support during and post-implementation.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to SAP HCM configurations, processes, and localizations.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner
