How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

La fonction et l’objet principal de ce poste consistent à veiller et à assurer le bon fonctionnement des installations de production des usines.

  1. Assure l’exploitation de l’usine: Opère une usine de séparation d’air et le système de secours des gazoducs. Assure le démarrage, l’exploitation et arrête les opérations de l’usine de façon sécuritaire. Procède au chargement des camions en oxygène, azote, argon. Assure le respect des procédures mises en place par le Système Qualité du groupe Grande industrie.
  2. Veille à l’entretien des équipements: fait des recommandations à son superviseur grâce à ses observations sur le fonctionnement des équipements. S’assure du suivi périodique des équipements. Connaît bien les propriétés des gaz industriels et les méthodes de nettoyage pour le service oxygène. Supervise le travail des sous-traitants au besoin. Intervient lors d’un bris d’équipement. Entreprend de petits projets d’entretien selon les compétences et avec l’accord du superviseur.
  3. Sécurité/Qualité: Respecte le port des équipements de protection. Apporte une attention particulière aux procédures de verrouillage et de celles concernant l’accès aux espaces confinés. Participe au maintien de procédures d’urgence de l’usine. Agit comme premier intervenant lors d’une situation d’urgence en l’absence du superviseur et initie les communications qui s’imposent. Participe aux réunions de sécurité et contribue à l’atteinte des objectifs de sécurité de son service. Signale tout problème de sécurité à son superviseur. Connaît et respecte toutes les procédures indiquées dans le Manuel Qualité de l’usine.
  4. Assure un suivi administratif: Complète et transmet tout rapport d’incident. Complète les rapports de données journalières de production dans le système et les relevés d’usine requis.
  5. Amélioration des processus: Travaille en collaboration avec son équipe et des équipes multifonctionnelles afin d’améliorer continuellement les processus de travail. Analyse son activité, identifie les causes de problèmes et propose des actions correctives appropriées.

Formation et Connaissances

  1. Diplôme: Diplôme d’études collégiales dans l'un des profils d'étude suivant: pétrochimie, instrumentation et contrôle, mécanique de procédé ou expérience équivalente dans l'opération de procédé industriel en continue.
  2. Formation: Lecture de plan, système de contrôle.
  3. Connaissances: Gaz comprimés et cryogéniques, systèmes informatisés, aptitude à la communication orale et écrite, aptitudes mathématiques, SIMDUT, manutention et transport de matières dangereuses. Doit posséder des connaissances concernant le processus de séparation d’air et les groupes frigorifiques.
