As the Head of Technology & Data Solutions, you will be at the forefront of transforming our organization’s technological landscape. You will oversee our IT strategy, data management, cybersecurity, and team development, ensuring our technology infrastructure not only supports our business goals but also and drives innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement an IT strategy that aligns with company goals.
  • Manage IT teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
  • Act as a liaison with other business units to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Provide data-driven insights and ensure data quality.
  • Design scalable technology architecture.
  • Maintain budget and ROI accountability.
Emerging Technologies & Automation:
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance operations.
  • Create efficiencies through automation and AI tools.
  • Develop and implement an AI/ML strategy.
Data Systems & Governance:
  • Oversee and enhance data systems’ performance, security, and compliance.
  • Establish a robust data governance framework.
  • Ensure clear accountability for data stewardship.
Cybersecurity:
  • Develop and enforce comprehensive cybersecurity policies.
  • Monitor and respond to threats, ensuring data protection.
  • Promote best practices for securing corporate data.
Project Management:
  • Oversee IT systems and infrastructure projects from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate with vendors and provide regular updates to senior management.
Team Development:
  • Recruit, train, and mentor IT staff.
  • Select technology contractors and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with relevant technical certifications.
  • 10+ years’ experience in a data-centric organization, employing iterative methods, and supporting and implementing technology infrastructure for a client-focused organization.
  • Experience with cloud SaaS applications on AWS and/or Azure, PowerBI, Tableau, and CRM systems including Dynamics.

  • Teamwork/Collaboration – Working together to ensure a seamless experience for the customer. Proactively sharing information, lending a hand when needed, and helping all team members improve.
  • Holistic Thinking & Judgement – Understanding of how your efforts fit into the larger picture and making judgments that take into consideration the impact on the customer and business in addition to your immediate task.
  • Initiative/Sense of Urgency – Proactively doing what needs to be done to close the deal and ensure the best possible customer service. Responding to requests quickly, thoroughly, and accurately.
  • Communication – Clear articulation of expectations from others, status of activities (good or bad), priorities, and information. Ensure that others get the information they need from you.
