The Supply Chain Analyst is skilled and experienced in collaborating with outside vendors, colleagues and internal/ external stakeholders on a multitude of projects ranging from external vendor management, various data analyses, and other operational initiatives.


Key activities include but are not limited to requirements gathering, data analysis, modelling alternatives, project management, root-cause analyses, progress reporting and process auditing.


Using Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint to communicate consistently comes naturally to the Supply Chain Operations Analyst. This role calls for a self-starter, a highly business-curious individual, and an individual who is comfortable supporting projects and building collaborative relationships. The individual is expected to operate at a strategic, operational, and project level to optimise Operational processes, operational tools, operating standards, sourcing methodologies, supplier qualification & development, value engineering and value stream mapping.


Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Delivery

  • Conduct and implement price increase analysis and ICA process
  • Assist on annual RFQ processes with data gathering, analysis, meeting schedule setup and supplier contract agreement follow up
  • Lead the analysis and implementation for supply Chain KPIs and reports
  • Analyse data on parts usage and recommendation for cost savings
  • Report and maintain rebate tracking analysis tools
  • Lead the Return and Redistribution processes
  • Lead the PO approval process
  • Assist with Procurement Master Data maintenance
  • Support the implementation of Supply Chain initiatives and projects
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or professional certification
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to assist in the development and execution of supplier contract agreements
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Computer proficiency in Power BI and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Ability to build and manage relationships with various stakeholders
  • Comfortable operating under moderate level of guidance and direction
  • High degree of business ethics and accountability
