Look no further We are seeking a Seasonal Crew Leader to join our team in Hamilton for the summer of 2024 As a Crew Lead, you will be responsible for leading a crew of painters and skilled laborers to complete home service projects. This is a full-time, hourly position where you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our company.


Benefits:

  • $17.50 to $25 per hour, paid biweekly.
  • Bonuses and raises based on performance.

  • Ongoing training and development opportunities to turn you into a pro by the end of the summer

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a crew of technicians and skilled laborers in completing various home service projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Communicate project plans and expectations to crew members and ensure all tasks are completed according to company standards.
  • Train and mentor crew members to improve their skills and ensure quality work.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment by following all company safety procedures.
  • Interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner to address any concerns or questions.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Being coachable & open to constructive feedback to improve performance.
  • Access to a vehicle & valid driver's license.
