Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Generative AI Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will work on developing cutting-edge generative models and AI-driven applications, with a focus on designing and optimizing architectures for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP) and process generation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI and deep learning, a passion for generative technologies, and the ability to work across teams to deliver innovative solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement state-of-the-art generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, transformers) for a variety of applications.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, researchers, and software engineers to build scalable AI systems and solutions.
  • Optimize machine learning models for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI research and integrate cutting-edge techniques into production systems.
  • Experiment with novel architectures and techniques to enhance model performance.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to define and address product requirements and deliver high-quality AI-driven solutions.
  • Contribute to open-source projects or publications, as relevant.


Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.


Experience:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in AI/ML model development, with a focus on generative models.
  • Strong knowledge of deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
  • Experience with generative models such as GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, and transformers.
  • Experience with LLM, Gen AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google AI, Llama, Perplexity
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV) applications is a plus.
  • Experience in deploying and scaling AI models in production environments.


Skills:

  • Proficiency in Python and common machine learning libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and model evaluation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in research-driven AI roles or contributions to academic papers.
  • Familiarity with large-scale datasets and distributed computing systems.
  • Knowledge of reinforcement learning, meta-learning, or unsupervised learning techniques.
  • Experience with model interpretability and explainability.
