Job Description:

Our public sector client is looking for a Project Manager to lead multiple projects including COTS and CRM replacements.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead multiple technology and business transformation projects.
  2. Develop project plans and ensure projects are undertaken in accordance with standards, processes, and documentation that is in accordance with PMI standards.
  3. Produce deliverables on time, within budget and to specification ensuring project objectives are met.
  4. Ensure the work products and deliverables are completed in compliance with technical standards.
  5. Facilitate integration of project touch points across related projects.
  6. Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and quality of project deliverables.
  7. Identify, monitor and manage risks related to the delivery of the project.
  8. Provide timely communications and reporting regarding projects risks, issues, and concerns to the team, project sponsors, and relevant stakeholders.
  9. Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings, and prepare presentations.
  10. Work collaboratively with third-party vendors and other partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan.
  11. Identify changes to resourcing requirements.

Qualifications

  1. 6+ years as a project manager on complex commercial off-the-shelf projects.
  2. Experience in implementing practices and techniques to navigate project governance frameworks is essential, including conducting project team meetings and engaging with Executive Steering Committees.
  3. Experience managing at least 2 CRM projects with cloud integrations with budgets of at least $500,000.
  4. Experience in creating and managing project management documentation including project plans, schedules, project budgets, change orders, and project status reports.
  5. PMP or Prince2 certification.
  6. Change management certification is an asset.
  7. Experience with Azure DevOps and CMDB is an asset.

Hourly Rate: $90-$110
