Graphic Designer – Printer Operator

We are a company looking to support our growth and operations by the addition of a Graphics Designer to our Design & Production team.
We are an established digital print shop that specializes in general signage/decals, banners, vehicle lettering and wraps, and other printed vinyl graphic applications.
As a production-focused Graphics Designer, you will be involved in the development of designs/proofs, setup of graphic files, and managing printers for various products to be printed.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of Graphic Design experience.
- Ability to communicate and work in a team by collaborating with the production/installation team and front desk/customer success team.
- High-level proficiency in Corel Draw or Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
- Ability to create comprehensive illustrations, sketches, layouts, and setup of graphic files for digital print and cutting.
- Excellent knowledge and ability to manage digital printers, printer software, laminators, and plotters.
- Ability to balance multiple design projects, some of which will be subject to scheduling and priority changes.
- Take lead on all design assets/projects with a flair for quality and attention to detail.
- Monitor printer and laminator scheduled maintenance.
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 08:30 am to 4:30 pm with an opportunity for evenings and weekends (depending on project deadlines).
Salary: Based on experience.
