Our esteemed client in the Agency / Media industry situated in the heart of downtown Toronto, seeks a BILINGUAL Financial Analyst to enrich their dynamic Finance team.


The ideal candidate is a CPA from the Agency / Media Industry eager to transition into a fast growing company with exponential growth. Success in this role requires exceptional analytical acumen and a penchant for thriving in challenging, fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities:


  • Ensure IFRS compliance and collaborate on financial strategies with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead month-end and year-end close processes for accurate financial reporting.
  • Support year-end audits, serving as a key contact for auditors.
  • Partner with MD and VP of Finance to align client budgets with statements of work.
  • Assist account teams with monthly project budget tracking and client reporting.
  • Review fee and expense details, ensuring proper coding and documentation.
  • Contribute to internal budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
  • Complete ad hoc reconciliations, monitor receivables, and support AR functions.


What you bring:


  • Designated finance professional with a CPA designation.
  • 3+ years of experience in Agency/Media Finance and Accounting is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Suite; experience with Maconomy is a plus.
  • Data fluency with a strong analytical mind.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Client service-oriented mindset with the ability to foster positive working relationships.
  • Strong leadership skills, leading by example, and showcasing a solid work ethic.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement of technical and leadership skills.
  • Bilingual (French/English) proficiency is necessary, allowing you to contribute to a diverse and global team.
