Join Our Team as a Change Management Specialist
Are you a solution-focused individual who demonstrates initiative and resiliency? We are currently seeking motivated candidates for the position of full-time Change Management Specialist(Communications). This is a contract position; the successful candidate will be required on a full-time basis for a period of two (2) year with two (2) additional one (1) year optional renewals.
The candidate should be able to demonstrate, at minimum, the identified experience in the requirements mentioned below.
Relevant Experience Requirements:
- The proposed resource must meet or exceed one of the following combinations of education or certification and experience in the resource role: University Degree Or Community College Diploma Or Special Experience Equivalency
- Worked as part of transformation management office change management team on large, complex clinical information solution or digital health projects. Minimum of 3 years
- Experience as a senior change and communication specialist in clinical transformation, successfully managing complex communications specifically in a hospital, clinical, or health program setting, involving multiple direct project stakeholders. Experience must be from projects delivering communications that enable physicians, clinicians, and administrators at the point of care. Minimum of 10 years
- Ability to translate complex clinical and technology concepts into meaningful communication mediums, tailored and appropriate for audience, channel, etc. 3+ years
- Creative with strong visual communication experience (e.g., executive level presentations that tells a story with crisp graphics). 5+ years
- Experience with the following tools or techniques:
Microsoft suite, Adobe Illustrator, other graphic design tools.
Web Design Experience (HTML, WIX, social media, WordPress, Wireframe development, etc.).
Graphic Design with Strong U/X skills and experience is an asset.
Digital Agency experience is an asset.
User Empathy and Ethnographic experience is an asset.
Customer / Patient Journey Mapping and User Experience
- Experience in the development and execution of a robust communication framework across multiple stakeholder groups, in support of the changes brought about by a new program and/or initiative; 5+ years
- Leadership experience guiding and building team capacity for sustainable digital transformation. 3+ years
- Experience in the development of various education and training tools and/or reference guides, in support of the changes brought about by a new program and/or initiative; 3+ years
- Ability supporting physician engagement plans to foster engagement and buy-in for different digital transformations through effective communications. 3+ years
- Experience working in large teams within a multi-stakeholder environment, responsible for deliverables that require a keen attention.
- Written and spoken competence in both English and French is considered an asset.
